Psyopus
Metal Blade
Three stars
I can’t tell if this band is serious or not. In the narrowing gap of fresh blast beat metal, Psyopus has put out an album that relies on its influences, while still managing to sound creative. Standout tracks are “Whore Meet Liar” and the hilarious lyrics of “Play Some Skynyrd.”
Sounds Like: Dillenger Escape Plan, Cephalic Carnage
