Thumbs up: Silver lining
by Editors Jul 23, 2008

July 10 IMPD patrolman Jason Fishburn was shot in the head while chasing a suspect who wound up being charged in the killing of three people. Although Fishburn is responding to voice and physical therapy, he is still listed in critical condition. In the meantime, the Fraternal Order of Police is selling T-shirts to raise funds for Fishburn and his family. So far, the “Prayers for Fish” shirts have generated $21,000. For information on how to buy a shirt, call 317-637-1195, or go to FOP Police Lodge 86, 1427 E. Washington St., between 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
