To commemorate Dance Kaleidoscope’s first summer spent at home in 10 years, DK will present I Got Gershwin July 10-13 and all tickets are only $10 as part of the “Try us for $10” program.

Four pieces make up I Got Gershwin: “Three Preludes,” a short dance for five that premiered at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival as part of the green show; “Fascinatin’ Rhythm,” to piano pieces played live by Catherine Bringerud”; “Gershwin in Love,” a medley of Gershwin’s most romantic songs arranged by Rick Walters and sung by Steven Stolen; and David Hochoy’s award-winning interpretation of Gershwin’s classic “Rhapsody in Blue,” Gershwin’s masterpiece for piano and orchestra.  

Show times are Thursday at 7 p.m., Friday-Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2:30 p.m. A mini-matinee will also be held at noon on Thursday for $6.
