The NUVO Street Team decided to escape the office for the day and run amuck around Indianapolis. We couldn't help but enjoy a little daytime wondering around areas like Broad Ripple and Mass Avenue and seeing what kinds of trouble we could get into. Fever rally back!
Ebony Hoffman has embraced her role as one of the Indiana Fever's go-to players this season. The Indiana forward had career highs with 23 points and 13 rebounds Tuesday night and the Fever rallied from an 18-point deficit to beat the Sacramento Monarchs 78-73.

The Indiana forward had 11 points, five rebounds and three steals, and the Fever beat New York 83-69 on Wednesday night.
Katie Douglas had 16 points and eight rebounds, Tan White scored 11 and Tammy Sutton-Brown chipped in 10 for the Fever (6-4), who won their 10th consecutive regular-season home game against the Liberty.

City drivers may have noticed the decimation of dozens of trees at 49th and Meridian Streets. Perhaps the city should consider passing an ordinance that restricts the number of trees a home-owner can cut down. We are the "City of Trees," after all.

It was a soulful weekend in downtown Indy as an exceptional collection of jazz musicians performed in this years annual Indianapolis Jazz Festival. Headliner John Legend drew an impressive crowd Saturday night, with performances from other outstanding artists to fill out the weekend nicely.
