Scott talks with Rolf Klausener from Ottawa's The Acorn about his band's 2007 album, Glory Hope Mountain, a song-cycle based upon the life of his mother, Gloria Montoya Esperanza, who immigrated to Canada in the '70s after a difficult childhood in Honduras. Three full tracks from the album -- "Flood," "Crooked Legs" and "Oh Napoleon" -- are included.

Scott talks with Karl Hofstetter about the Joyful Noise Recordings/MFT Records release Defunct Indiana: 17 Indie, Experimental & Hardcore Artists From Indiana's Past. Hofstetter compiled and co-arranged the album. He's also the founder of Joyful Noise Recordings and Soapbox Promotions and drummer for Lafcadio, Abner Trio and the defunct Melk the g6-49. Five full tracks from the album are featured: Usurp Synapse, "Attitude Diaper"; America Owns the Moon, "The Truth"; BIGBIGCar, "Oh, Let's Race"; Manners for Husbands, "Camp Song"; and Letters in English, "Like You, Only Taller."
