
Work by Cameron McCarthyCameron McCarthy was born in North Queensland, Australia — his mother is from the Kuku-Yalanji tribe and his father is from the Ba-Barum and Yidinji tribes. McCarthy is a performer and artist who has performed with Naringeri Narunga Dreaming Dance Group and Blek Affiliation, an indigenous hip-hop group. Since 2001, he has been living in New York and working as a didgeridoo player, dancer, public speaker and artist.
